Where are you located?

We are based in Jerrabomberra, located on the southside of Canberra, Australia.

Do you travel?

Sure! Most of our clients are in the southside area of Canberra or in Queanbeyan. However for a small additional fee, we will travel to other areas within Canberra. Need a photographer further away? What camera equipment do you use?

I use Canon professional digital camera equipment. I have several different lenses that I use, depending on what look I want to achieve. I bring full back-up gear to every photo session, so you don’t have to worry about equipment failure (which, incidently, has never occurred – touch wood!!)

What work do you do on the photos?

All portraits that you receive have been fully colour corrected, enhanced and retouched to our exact standards. We will happily retouch pimples, whiten teeth, etc for no extra charge. We want you to be 100% happy with your investment! Your portraits are available in black + white or sepia as well!

What should I wear?

 This is one of the most common questions we get asked. Anything that refects “you” is great! Avoid big logos and large bright patterns, as they tend to distract from your face. Small patterns and stripes are fine. For most seasons, a simple button down shirt with jeans or slacks looks great. In the winter, layers of textured clothing, funky hats and scarves, etc, work especially well. For the ladies, fitted shirts are the most flattering - not skin tight and not baggy. Unless you are very fit and toned, singlets will tend to add bulk to your arms and shoulders. Make-up should be done as if you were going out for a day with the girls, and should match the clothing that you’ve chosen. There is no reason to pile on extra make-up. Any small blemishes, pimples, etc are easily corrected as part of our free standard retouching service.

For groups of people, everyone should coordinate. You don’t want everyone wearing white except for one person wearing bright purple! Similar tonal ranges work great – all light colours, all dark colours, all shades of blue, etc.

Tell me about your guarantee?

We want you to LOVE your portraits. When you walk past them hanging on the wall, they should bring a smile to your face. All portraits we produce are lovingly retouched, enhanced and printed on the highest quality photographic paper by one of the world’s top laboratories. Our quality assurance and attention to detail means that your portrait will last for generations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your investment, for whatever reason, we will do whatever we can to make it right – reshoot, reprint or refund your money. No Gimmicks. No catches. We are not happy unless you are.

Do you do weddings?
