Some photographers I’ve met say that outdoor portraits are boring. When I photograph a girl like Samm, I have to whole heartedly disagree – her portraits are anything but boring!! We wanted to create a juxtaposition between the high fashion clothing and bushland setting. Samm was such a good sport, up for anything, and happy to trapse up and down what felt like a million stairs in the heat. Many thanks to my assistant Renee for helping to lug the gear!
